Competition won in conjunction with Barjane for the new ZAC des Aiguilles development park.

The masterplan proposes a harmonious integration of the buildings in the landscaped site, with the smaller scale industrial units being placed nearest the residential zones and the larger warehouses forming an acoustic barrier between the motorway and the rest of the site. The centre of the park will be extensively landscaped with large trees and a heavily planted strip leading to the storm-water pond will help unify the overall aspect of the park.
