This project is the largest the Gazeley-GSE-SAGL team have built so far, with two buildings of

74 000 m² total. It was built in six months.

The project was awarded the "prix de la performance energetique - developpement durable" in 2007 by ASLOG.

The environmental initiatives are as follow:

• Photovoltaic panels for electricity production,
• Solar panels for the offices’ hot water,
• Rainwater re-use system,
• 20 kW wind turbine
• Glu-lam roof and offices structure,
• Increased insulation to warehouse façades,
• Waterless urinals.
