This project was developed in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Urban Council of Arras (CUA), in order to coordinate the park’s construction with the local urban development. The site, which is bi-modal (accessible by road and rail), saw its first building completed in 14 weeks. It is located at the intersection of the Benelux-Paris motorway (A1) and the motorway linking with the Channel tunnel (A26).
