This building is the third in this zone designed by SAGL which comprises120 000m² of storage area.

The landscaping was designed in collaboration with Gilles Genest with a landscaped drainage basin for rainwater retention as well as landscaped parking lots.

The construction follows archeological invertigations that took place on this site.
