In 2011 SAGL participated in the construction of 3 motorway maintenance depots for EIRENEA as part of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) package of 63 such projects. Joël Villette is the architect of all the centres.

Certain projects have been certified under the French Low-Energy Building (BBC) standards. Those realized by SAGL are located at Rozay-en-Brie, Fontenay-en-Parisis and Nanteuil-le-Haudouin.
