Pagny Magna Park is located at a strategic junction. A significant European tri-modal site (railway connection, a 300m port on the Rhône Saône canal, and motorway links - A36 Strasbourg-Germany, A6 Paris-Lyon and A31 to Metz) make it highly accessible. It was developed with the contribution of the Burgundy regional council and the local and regional authorities.

This high quality and environmentally friendly building was completed in an extremely short time -14 weeks, thanks to the G-Track building process. This process allows for an extra-quick construction. It was initiated in Europe by Gazeley and developed by GSE. It helps reduce significantly the construction times while respecting quality, safety as well as environmental preservation.
