Size : 40 000 m² for Samada – Monoprix

This double sided logistic warehouse of 40 000m² and offices was designed by Jean-Jacques Ory with the construction supervised by SAGL. The project was tailor-made for its end-user Samada.

Situated on the edge of Sénart forest, the emphasis was put on natural materials with timber panels on the façades and trees planted on surrounding earth mounds. Filtration of rain water is also done on site.

Furthermore, the site works respected the EPA Sénart “environmental construction site” charter.
