This project, designed to meet Sisley's requirements, has a somewhat atypical configuration with 36 800 m² of warehouse and 9 000 m² of offices and laboratories.

Futhermore, the warehouse will be heated and cooled.

The following proposals developed with Alto engineering have been granted a NF HQE (environnmental) certification :

• A high degree of insulation,

• Efficient and energy-saving HVAC systems,

• Landscaping developed by the PATRIMONIO agency ; rainwater collected in drainage basins and seepage on site, alternative road surfacing for parking lots,

• Green roofs,

• Recycling sorting area.

This project was selected for the 2010 SIMI Grand Prize in the category Logistics and for the 2010 SITL Innovation Prize.
