Size : 20 000 m² and 3 000 m² of headquarters

This 20 000 m² logistical warehouse and 3 000 m² headquarters was designed by Gérard Albert and the construction was supervised by SAGL. It was designed for Smoby Majorette and the plot allows for an extension doubling the built area.

The working conditions of the offices were optimized with green roofs, an accessible terrace, solar-shading louvers and acoustics measures.
