This small industry and business park will be built in phases - the first comprising three 4 500 m² buildings, with additional phases reaching a total of 15 000 m² over 10 two- storey buildings.

The following measures will be developed in order for the buildings to obtain the "NF HQE tertiaire" environmental certification.

• Energy-saving measures: controlled solar gain (solar shading devices) as well as a high degree of insulation and night ventilation,
• retention and on-site seepage of rainwater,
• Landscaping and alternative road surfacing for parking lots,
• Timber cladding.
