This project is located in a mostly residential area on the outskirts of the city and was developed for the Rest’Agraf and Program companies that wished to combine their activities on a single site.

Particular attention was paid to the construction phase in order to minimize the disruption to the surrounding area with, for example, an external façade of simple clip-on terracotta panels.

The building conforms to the French RT2000 thermal performance regulations and features increased natural daylighting to the preparation and production areas.

The external landscaping includes seating and sport areas for workers during lunch time breaks.
